Over the years, Custom Software Design Group has developed its own proprietary development methodology that is directly targeted toward providing our high-quality client services. Based on a Just-in-Time (JIT) methodology with strong ties to AGILE methodology, communication between the team members influences development of various processes which are brought together according to a predetermined timeline with clear milestones.

Development which progresses rapidly advances the timeline while slower development does not usually significantly reduce progress. As the project progresses, the Project Manager, Quality Assurance Manager and Application Architect adjust goals as necessary to capitalize on progress and minimize potential issues that could cause delay, allocating development resources where they are most needed to keep the project on track.

Custom Software Design Group maintains its own secure, dedicated development and quality assurance servers. Code cycles range from 1 day to 7 days, depending upon application, intensity and complexity of the development. Developments are tracked in our shared workspace, where you can find the latest information on your project.
